Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, BCA, MCA

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Functional Area: IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance

Required Skills:

Installation and configuration of windows server, user administrator, Application support, UNIX, PL/SQL,LDAP,ORACLE

2+yrs experience of system administration in larger companies (preferred banks and insurance companies)

2+yrs experience of working in high quality customer service team

ITIL or similar knowledge

Scripting/ Batch monitoring

Knowledge of windows server operating systems

Knowledge of HP Pro Liant Servers and HPIM

Additional Skills:

Win 2000 & 2003 servers, server 2008, DNS,DHCP, Cluster, SSH, TCP/IP, Oracle PL/SQL,AIX basic commands

Good software and IT infrastructure overview

Ability to cope with pressure

Ability to document technical facts

Practical application of technical knowledge

Strong interpersonal communication & customer service skills
